TRAINING

◢ In-person training (groups of 5 to 8 trainees).

◢ Alternation between theory and practice (PPT presentations, study of instructional materials, participatory learning, exercises, practical case studies, and hands-on work with equipment).

ASSESSMENT

◢ A knowledge assessment test will be administered at the beginning of the training.

◢ A final assessment will be administered at the end of the training.

◢ An information-search test will assess the use of the provided documents.

EQUIPMENT

◢ Participants must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes and pants, as well as a work laptop if they have one (for installing diagnostic software).
